Open House New York offers unparalleled access to the extraordinary architecture of New York City. When Open House New York was looking to refresh their brand identity, they turned to PS New York. PS New York created a crisp typographic mark that is flexible, bold and inviting. The mark provides a framework, through which all the organization’s diverse programming can be highlighted. Every year, Open House hosts the Open House New York Weekend, which provides access to all New Yorkers to sites across the 5 boroughs that are typically close to the public. Over the course of the four days, the Weekend typically sees over 84,000 visitors and more than 1,200 registered volunteers. PS New York annually collaborates with Open House New York to develop the campaign for the Weekend.

For the 12th Annual Open House New York Weekend, PS New York developed a marketing campaign rooted in the streets of the City. A wall in Welling Court, a Long Island City street-art destination and OHNY weekend site, was tagged with the organization's logo and iconic sites.

To celebrate the 13th Annual Open House New York Weekend, PS New York collaborated with Moorhead & Moorhead to create a 3-dimensional object installation of the logo. A large format frame was created, capturing the essence of the organization—Open House New York encourages its participants to see the city in new ways.

For the 14 th Annual Open House New York Weekend, PS collaborated with a participating site, Lite Brite a neon shop in Gowanus Brooklyn, to create the logo in neon. It was photographed on site at A/D/O, in Williamsburg, the site of the opening night party.
